System Design Specialist, Mike Jersey, inspected the walkway and reassured the homeowner that each sinking slab would be lifted back to level with PolyLevel, removing the tripping hazard they had outside their home.

PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into a sinking slab of concrete, once underneath the foam begins to expand and harden raising it back to its original state.   

Over time, concrete sinks and settling due to the soil beneath no longer being able to support the heavy concrete. Trip hazards form which can cause serious injury if not careful. Sinking concrete not only hurts the value of the home but also brings a safety concern. Replacing the concrete is a temporary fix and leaves you with miss matched concrete. 

PolyLevel raises the sinking slab back to level without causing disturbance to the surrounding area. This polyurethane foam is environmentally friendly and waterproof and therefore will not deteriorate over time. This concrete leveling will stabilize the the concrete permanently to prevent future settlement.
