After noticing moisture and energy loss coming from their crawl space, this homeowner from Elkton, MD chose a targeted waterproofing and insulation solution. CleanSpace was installed to seal the crawl space from ground moisture and outside air, creating a durable vapor barrier that helps protect the home from damp conditions. SilverGlo insulation was added along the walls to provide moisture-resistant insulation and improve energy efficiency by reflecting heat back into the home. Together, these upgrades transformed the crawl space into a cleaner, drier, and more energy-efficient area, improving comfort and protection throughout the home.

For this basement waterproofing project, we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

The CleanSpace Vapor barrier will direct any water coming in through the walls, down to the WaterGuard, which is then directed over to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement. 

In Millington, MD a homeowner had been struggling with persistent water seepage in their basement, a problem exacerbated by heavy rainfall that left the space damp and vulnerable. Quality 1st was called in to provide a long-term fix, and our crew responded by conducting a thorough inspection of the basement to assess the extent of the issue. Based on our findings, we developed a tailored waterproofing strategy that included the installation of our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect water away from the foundation, along with our powerful TripleSafe Sump Pump to ensure reliable water removal.

With these advanced systems in place, the homeowner can now enjoy a dry, healthy, and mold-free basement, knowing that further water intrusion is no longer a concern. The result was total peace of mind and a basement that is once again safe, inviting, and protected from further water damage.

Cinderblock walls had "stair cracks", signs of mold, and water intrusion. To correct this issue, we installed Carbon Armour Strips that will stabilize the cracked walls, we did a mold remediation treatment, installed 2 SuperSump Pumps, Waterguard, and a CleanSpace vapor Barrier. 

This customer reached out regarding the sump pump constantly running and not being able to keep up with the amount of water coming in. We removed the old pump and installed our TripleSafe sump pump, which adjusts to your pumping requirements. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system and has a battery backup to ensure that the basement never floods, even when the power goes out. It has an airtight removable lid that helps reduce the amount of noise than you average sump pump.
