This Lansdale homeowner's basement, which was finished and an essential part of their living space, had an outdated sump pump posing a risk to the area’s safety and usability. Concerned about the potential water damage and the repercussions of an ineffective water removal system, the homeowner reached out to us at Quality 1st for a solution to secure their basement against water damage. After a comprehensive evaluation, we recommended the installation of the TripleSafe Sump Pump system. This product is renowned for its reliability and efficiency, offering three levels of protection to ensure the basement stays dry whatever the weather.
A homeowner in Lansdale, PA, reached out to Quality 1st to address their clogged gutters. Effective gutter systems are essential for directing water away from a home; failure to do so can result in significant water damage due to pooling around the foundation. Recognizing that gutter cleaning can be a labor-intensive and hazardous chore that many homeowners prefer to avoid, we provide gutter installation services to mitigate these issues. For this particular residence, we installed our RainDrop Gutter Guards to prevent debris accumulation and protect the foundation from unnecessary water damage. This straightforward addition can be applied to both new and existing gutters, enhancing the home's safeguard against water-related issues. With this installation, the gutters will efficiently channel water away from the house while preventing debris blockage.

This homeowner from Lansdale, PA had settling concrete on the walkway in front of their house. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended PolyLevel.
PolyLevel was injected under the slab, which expanded to raise the slab to its original position. The lightweight but strong foam expands to support substantial loads and can be walked on the same day it's injected.
The homeowner can now enjoy their newly leveled sidewalk.
Customer was putting their home up for sale, but knew as long as they had a wet basement, it would be hard to get an offer on the house and reached out to us for help.
For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard along the leaking wall, and tied this into his current sump pump.
This was a 2-part basement project. We first needed to install a Supplemental Beam with 2 Smart Jacks to support the floor above the basement. Once the Smart Jacks were in play, we then got to finishing the basement by installing our TBF EverLast Wall System and Grey Elite Plank flooring. Basement Systems even went as far as camouflaging the Smart Jacks as a Decorative Post.
