Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Quality 1st Basement Systems created a bathroom in the basement of this Bridgewater, NJ home. The crew installed EverLast  Finished Wall Panels and MillCreek Wood Laminate flooring, both waterproof, ensuring that they would never be damaged against water and no mold will ever grow making these two products great for a bathroom!  

Project Manager, Jonathan Neira and his crew transformed this cold, unfinished space in the basement into a beautiful, bright guest bedroom! The crew replaced the small basement window with a larger one to bring in more natural light. EverLast Wall Panels were installed with built in insulation to keep the room warm. EverLast Panels are waterproof and mold resistant, making them a great product to have in your basement. Mill Creek Light Oak flooring was installed which looks and feels like real wood! Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to provide these homeowners with a new usable space that will be comfortable to any guest that comes to visit! 

With help from Senior Design Specialist, Ken Peare and Foundation Foreman, Jonathan Neira, Quality 1st Basements was able to stabilize this failing and unstable foundation with our Helical Pier Foundation System. 

Each Pier has a plate welded to the shaft which helps to pull the pier into the soil during installation and provides anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation is transferred to the pier. Helical Pier installation is fast, yet effective. Not only does it stabilize the foundation permanently but can help lift the settled foundation back towards its original position. 

This homeowner wanted to make their basement a more finished and durable space so they contacted Quality 1st Basements. After our System Design Specialist Kenny T evaluated their needs, he proposed the EverLast Wall System. The panels are mold and moisture resistant, with built -in insulation to create a more comfortable space in the basement. 

To eliminate musty odors and cold floors, this homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements  to encapsulate their crawl space. Our Senior Design Specialist, Jeff N., headed out to inspect the site and our team led by Wilver completed the installation. 

We installed SmartJack Stabilizers to provide additional support to the floor joist and crawl space beams to prevent sagging floors and structural issues in the future. Our team also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to prevent moisture and water from seeping through the foundation wall.
