This crawl space had moisture and high humidity which brought great concern to the homeowner. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace and Drainage Matting, two products that work together to keep the crawl space clean and dry by directing any water leaks straight to the sump pump system. CleanSpace provides protection against water, dirt, pests, and water vapor while the Drainage Matting will prevent water from getting trapped underneath the durable liner.
This homeowner was selling their home but hit a roadblock because of the settling driveway which created a huge tripping hazard. The Q1 team drilled small holes into the sinking slabs and injected the PolyLevel underneath. PolyLevel first expands then hardens raising the slab back to the desired level. Within 15 minutes the homeowner was able to pull their car back into the driveway.
A homeowner in Brown Mills, NJ, had sinking concrete slabs on their driveway and wanted to get rid of the potential trip hazard. After booking their free estimate, Quality 1st arrived on time and lifted and level the concrete slabs to it's original position. The Polylevel team drilled penny size holes into the concrete slab and pumped the perfect amount of polyurethane foam to lift it. The team then filled Nexus Pro into the cracks of the concrete slab. Our team lays sand over the joint seal to stain the color so that it blends into the concrete. The homeowner was glad his driveway was lifted and leveled permanently.

Just as our team did before, they came in and leveled the concrete, sealed the joints, and filled the holes. Now the center is completely safe for patients and employees.
