At Quality 1st, we recently tackled a challenge faced by a homeowner in Annapolis, MD, who was dealing with an old and decaying vapor barrier in their crawl space. The dirt floor beneath their home was not only a concern for the integrity of their property but also for their health, as damp crawl spaces can lead to mold and poor air quality inside the home. Our System Design Specialist visited the home, where a thorough examination revealed the issues at hand. At this home, the gutters surrounding the roof were getting water backup due to the constant leaves and debris getting clogged.
