I am satisfied with the work completed at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman Kenny had a ton of excellent information and answered all of my questions. I first heard about Quality 1st through a family member and chose their company because of the products. I invested in a battery back up system so my basement never floods, no matter what!

I am very pleased with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems in my basement. My inspector Ken Peare was very professional and knowledgeable of all products. I had a water problem and the products that Quality 1st offered, gave me a true solution. I had been thinking about finishing my basement and having it waterproofed for a couple of years before contacting Quality 1st. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the installation team led by Victor Leon was hardworking and professional.

Jeff was courteous & professional, excellent presentation. The installation crew, Arturo and Angel, were great as they explained how the process worked and they cleaned up the area nicely. 

Mario and his team were on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. They took care to protect the area they were not working on. They were very neat, did a great job in fixing the problem, and took care to clean up. Mario took extra time to explain every step he was performing. You could not expect more from a service team. I might also mention that Matt did an excellent job as our salesperson. He explained things very well, took phone calls from us prior to commencement, and followed up after completion. We are satisfied in every way

I'm very satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my house. The staff was very professional. They did a great job installing a new sump pump, treating mold on the walls of the basement, and installing a new bilco door. They were very organized and left everything clean. My satisfaction goes from the assessment and proposal for the project done by Matt Abrahamsen to the execution by the team led by Johnathan N. Great job! Could not be happier with the promptness and quality of service

I first contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems because the foundation had settled in a corner of my home, which had made the floors in that corner uneven. This foundation problem has also caused cracks in the exterior as well as the concrete slab in the basement. After doing research for about two months, and getting quotes from other companies, I decided to choose Quality 1st because they won me over. The office staff that set up my appointment were very professional and nice, and the salesman gave an awesome presentation. The installation team was very informative, and did a great job installing the products. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and I made the right decision going with Quality 1st Basement Systems.

 Despite my concern with the time the crew would arrive  I must say once they came.  Wilver & his crew were wonderful to work with , they did a beautiful job working in a very small crawl space ,in which conditions were not the best ,cleanup was perfect & now I have a state of the art  crawl space that I wish others could see!!!! We used Quality First to install a drainage system in our basement. Justin came out for the annual preventive system check and was thorough, clear, professional, on time, and pleased. Will request him yearly.

First came the phone call to 1st. The woman made an appointment and told me the name of the person who would be coming to provide me with an estimate and a recommendation. Then, a reminder phone call the day before.The representative was thoroughly professional, assessed the situation correctly and set a date for the repair to occur.The repair crew arrived on-time and finished up promptly. The foreman of the crew explained what has been done, and left the job in a workman-like manner - the worksite was cleaned up well.The fix worked. What more could one ask for?
