Kenny's presentation was very good. The office staff was great and the installation team was nice and responsive to all of my needs. I invested in an Ultra Sump 3 system (battery back up) so my basement will always be dry.

The sump pump that we had installed by Quality 1st Basement System years ago works flawlessly. That's why I recommended it to a neighbor who utilized you . Our home contractors are also very impressed!

Wilver and his crew were excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. Wilver explained everything and kept me in the loop throughout the construction. They were very respectful and protective of my property and when they were done everything was clean with all garbage removed. I would like to share my experience in recently choosing Ken Peare and his company, Quality 1st basement systems, to conduct a foundation repair on my primary residence. This all started back in September when my family and I began to realize that the garage frame entrance on the side of the house started to slope downwards. Unsure if it was a serious problem, I decided that we would do the repair during the upcoming spring figuring it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately, I could not have been more wrong. By October the entire right side of the house began to slope down, and the driveway started cracking and became uneven. After some investigating, we found that the gutter and pool drainage system were damaged and were not flowing water into the sewer system like they were designed, but under our home instead. After Identifying what the cause was, we needed a company to do the foundation repair. My family and I checked with multiple companies, including Quality 1st, to obtain the best solution and price. By far, Ken was able to provide the most intelligent and fairly priced solution to the issue we were having. He provided us with a detailed scope of the work broken down to exact dollar. It was a “no brainer” for us and we contracted Quality 1st to start the work as soon as the provided structural engineering  and permits were ready. Within 30 days of the signed contract Quality 1st gathered all of the permits and plans necessary and began  to repair our foundation. All of the workers were very neat and professional and the entire job was completed in under 1 week which was amazing. My home and the foundation is rests on are supported and more accurately level than they ever  were. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and transparency that Ken Peare and his company displayed with my most valuable material possession. I would and will highly recommend Ken and Quality 1st basement systems to anyone, including friends and family, for any solutions they offer.

I am quite satisfied with the system installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for a long time. My representative Rick did a fine job at explaining all of the products and my options. 

I was very concerned about my home when I started to notice some vertical cracks and settling foundation in my below grade level garage. Quality 1st installed 8 Push Piers to lift my settling foundation and fix the problem. My sales rep Dan gave a good presentation and the installation team was very nice and hard working.

Our salesman Kenny was excellent. He knew his products and explained them in thoroughly at a level we could understand. The office staff was always very helpful and informative. They worked with me at every level and were pleasant whenever I spoke with them. The installation team were courteous and did a beautiful job. After cleanup, I couldn't even tell they were ever there!
