I cannot thank you enough for our precious flag. This flag is a tribute to my husband, Harold. He always wanted to raise the flag. Being that we're both combat veterans and I love our flag, I don't think I know anyone who'd have accepted this honor more than Harold. I cannot thank you and your Company enough for this amazing act of kindness. 

The folks who installed the American Flag were very nice and so-o-o efficient. They were eager and were very kind and considerate and allowed me time to talk about my "Poopsie" (my husband who passed away on 13 Feb 2017). The Flag is to honor him. He was a navy vet of WWII and I an army vet of the Gulf War. The best part was the very sweet ladies who were there when the Flag was raised. Again, I was allowed time to speak of my husband. His chair and table are beneath the pole and at night I share a glass of wine with him in the halo of light from the solar thing. The kindness shown by this project is incomparable. I simply love the thoughtfulness of Mr. Roman and I know Harold is very honored also. 

The top reasons I hired you instead of another company was the professionalism from the sales person, the reading material, and overall product. The salesman was very knowledgable and gave a good presentation. The installation team was effficient.

I am overall very satisfied with the work completed and would gladly recommend them to anyone with a water problem in the basement. Overall I am very satisfied with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They do good work. I first heard about them after my father saw their truck on the road and needed a free estimate on my basement water issues. I always got water thru the floor when it rained heavily. My initial call to the company was very professional, the woman I spoke to was kind and willing to help. I answered a few short questions and was set with my free appointment. My inspector Dan was very kind, patient, and informative. He offered solutions that were fit for my basement. My experience with the crew led by Jonathan was a good one, the guys were quick and professional. I did research other companies but chose Quality 1st because the price was within my budget and I believed in the quality of the products.

Kyle is very nice, informed us of options and addressed concerns. Very personable. Did work weekly. Polite.

Wilver and his team arrived on time. Today was a 90+ degree day with MAJOR humidity. These guys never stopped. I had my crawl space vapor barrier installed, it looks AMAZING!!! A major improvement. Now there will be fresher air in the house and it will be much more energy-efficient. Highly recommend this company, a truly professional experience. Again thank you to Wilver and his team!!

My wife and I first had work done to our basement with Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010 when we had waterproofing done on our basement. Since then we are pleased with the annual service appointments, and how smoothly everything goes. The staff are excellent in setting up the appointment and the techs are wonderful. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and do an excellent job. We are very pleased after every appointment, and we would definitely recommend Quality 1st to anyone who is having waterproofing issues.

We had been dealing with water flooding in our basement for a few years, but we were not sure what to do about it. After seeing a truck for Quality 1st Basement Systems on the road, we decided to try them out and see if they could help. When the sales man came to our house, we were impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable he was, how reasonable the price was, and how we had flexibility to do what we wanted. We first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because we were having problems with our crawl space and we were interested in getting The Turtl crawl space access system installed. We were very happy when the inspector first came out. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were able to tell us what we actually needed for our crawl space. They were even able to help us make the decision to waterproof our crawl space as well as install the Turtl. When it came time for the installation, we were happy with the high quality of work that they performed. Our crawl space looks brand new and is totally water proof!

When I was made aware of Quality First Basement Company, I was impressed right from the beginning. Within 10 hours a representative, Jack Huber came to my home and he checked out my basement and said that I need waterproofing. He explained everything to me and showed me all of the steps of this process on a computer.I just wanted to say that Quality First did a fantastic job on my basement waterproofing.
