I had Quality Basement out at my home for repairs in our crawlspace. Juan Garcia and his crew were excellent! Their work was fantastic, Juan is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. we had our crawlspace done about 6 years ago by Quality. unfortunately we were hit by Storm SANDY! Quality came out, changed all effected plastic and sump pump. fixed my trench drains, and Juan noticed something that my general contractor did not see. My House needs 6 Smart Jacks installed which Juan will come out to do this week. Great team of young men. respectful and well mannered. They worked non stop from 8 AM to 6 PM until job was finished .they did not take a lunch break. unbelievable workers, hard to find these days. I have gone through many contractors .These guys were excellent! I would call Juan and his crew out to my home for any other issues I may have in the future.

I used Quality 1st 7 years ago for my crawlspace which was fully protected during the Superstorm Sandy this year. During an annual maintenance i decided to have the Cleanspace encapsulation system installed for better protection in my crawlspace. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did an excellent job they were clean and worked efficiently. My experience with my inspector was just as good as it was the first time. It was a very nice and smooth transaction. The inspector was a gentleman and made sure I comprehended everything that was being recommended. The servicemen were also respectful and kind. I will be back for two more projects to fortify my crawl space and foundations. Thumbs up all around!!!! The price was fair and comparable.

I am very happy with the basement waterproofing job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. The salesmen and installation crew were excellent and the office staff was very good as well. I have had a wet basement for 50 years and did not think the problem could be solved, though I had tried. My old sump pump was not performing as needed so the crew replaced it with a new sump pump and installed a back-up system. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The job done satisfied all of my expectations and beyond!

I initially heard about Quality 1st from my neighbor who had work done in their basement after noticing water leakage. The office staff and inspector were good at answering all of my questions and concerns. The installation team lead by Jesus worked very hard and installed several waterproofing products that work. I did research and got quotes from other waterproofing companies but chose to go with Quality 1st because I got more for my money and the layout was better for my basement.

When I called Monday morning regarding issues in our basement, the service rep told me that someone would call me back. So Mike Dellechiaie called & came to my house at 2:00 pm. He saw the basement, proposed a contract & tried his best to squeeze the project for Friday. Which I am happy about because of my tight work schedule. He is very nice, accommodating, and had explained the plan well.Friday came, the team of four people led by Heriberto also arrived on time. They worked right away and finished in a timely fashion, but they have to come back because they found more problems. So, he called the manager, and I agreed to what is needed more to be done. So, for the second time around, they are very punctual as they arrived at 9:00 am & completed the job around 1:00 pm. They are very professional, not loud, and respectful.

I am 100% satisfied with the job done! I hired you because the specialist explained the products so throughouly and Quality 1st would complete the repair and clean up with no work by me!
