Ryan was extremely professional and thorough. He was prompt and courteous (offering to help bring in packages from the porch). He explained what I should expect, specifically what he planned to do in detail. Ryan performed his duties quickly and quietly (my undisturbed infant stayed asleep lol). Afterward, he explained what he did and showed pictures of his work (before and after). If I need Quality 1st in the future I hope Ryan is available.

I am very pleased with the waterproofing work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had a water problem in the basement for about 3 months before moving forward and contacting Quality 1st Basement Systems. I did research on other companies but liked the reviews that I saw on Angie's List. When I first called the office staff they were courteous and helpful. My inspector Jack was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with all of the information needed to fix my water problem and explained all of the systems. The installation crew led by Wilver did an excellent job, very prompt and neat. They worked non stop until the job was complete, very hardworking overall.

Kudos to Mason Koonce and his crew they did a remarkable job, the quality is outstanding, and their professionalism and downright friendly demeanor demands to be noted and thank. Thank you, Mason, job well done!

You truly get what you pay for. We had them install a system in our basement about 3 years ago. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, fast, and most important, neat. We had some issues with some faulty equipment and they replaced it quickly, at no additional cost. We just had a maintenance visit from Justin and he was terrific. Unlike the utility companies that say they will show up sometime between 9 am and 5 pm, Justin called me and said he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He made some adjustments to our system and was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend these guys!

WE went to the basement and walked around as he pointed out areas where Quality 1t had several products for improvements or solutions. I wanted to move ahead with the service call, so i sat 20 feet away at my desk with computer. Step by step Ryan went to work DE installing, adjusting, cleaning and reinstalling the originally day 1 quick install. I first decided to have work done on my partially finished basement once I started to have moisture problems. I knew that I wanted to have a dehumidifier and duct work done, and I was interested in seeing how much that would cost me. After doing online research, I decided to give Quality 1st Basement Systems a call. I was very satisfied with my experience with the office staff in setting up my appointment, and in having the salesman come out. Ken was able to answer all my questions, and give me an estimate right in my house. I was very impressed with how smoothly the whole process went, and how easy it was to have my problem fixed. I am extremely happy with Quality 1st, and how all of the work was done exactly as promised. All of the people who are associated with the company are very professional, and the products are high quality. I hired Quality 1st Basement Systems because they offered a solution that made the best sense and had a excellent sales presentation.
