The customer stated the owner prior to him tried to fix the crack himself, but was not properly done. We sent one of our foundation experts out to this property to inspect and work up a free, no-obligation estimate. We sent our certified technician out to complete the FlexiSpan install on this poured foundation wall. Our FlexiSpan is a polyurethane polymer sealant that is warranted to permanently seal the crack, not allowing any water to leak through and to not crack due to any natural movement of the foundation wall.
