Very good Company I purchased my home, which had a dehumidifier machine in the crawl space, and noticed this company Quality 1st basement for yearly service. I called for service and I’m very pleased with the quick and experience service I have received from them. My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional. There are no words to explain how grateful and fortunate we were to get Quality to service our system and having Nick do the work. TOP-NOTCH!

Great company! The service technicians for the past 7 years have been great. My service tech Andrew came on 6/22/22 right away and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He really showed how much he loves his job. I was treated respectfully and he took care of the issues I didn't know I had in my crawlspace. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with him. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service!

He was punctual (calling ahead of time), very professional and very courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable with the system and explained all service and/or repairs that he made.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in waterproofing my basement. Overall I was very pleased with how excellent everyone was, and how easy it was to get a sump pump installed. While the whole experience was great, the salesman Colin really stood out the most to me. During his presentation he was very friendly, and he was able to explain everything in such a great manner. He also was able to tell us exactly what we needed, which was great. Quality 1st Basements service and maintenance is one of the best investments that I made in my home. Randy performed the annual maintenance for my triple pump drainage system and Sanidry dehumidifier. Randy performed a complete and detailed examination of both systems. He informed me that he detected a pump malfunction and I authorized him to replace it. Randy’s professional and friendly service is greatly appreciated. I give him ten stars.
