I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 2 years before I contacted Quality 1st. I first heard about them through my son's neighbor who referred them. I am very satisfied with the work completed at my home. The installation crew did a very very good job.

They had a clear idea about the task and discussed it with me. They covered everything with plastic and removed the appliances to a safe distance. The work started on time and in between also Heriberto discussed the progress. The work was completed as planned and Heriberto walked me through everything. The crew was very polite and hard working. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend them.
