I am very happy with the sump pump installed in my basement, Quality 1st did a great job. The installation team was on time and finished the job in one day! I had been thinking about having my basement waterproofed for about a year and my neighbor recommended Quality 1st.

After meeting with my inspector Dan I felt confident that my water problem will be solved. The installation crew and Victor Leon did a very good job and completed the work in just 2 days!

I met with my inspector Jessica who is a very special individual. She knows her product and creates confidence. Overall she was very professional, caring and diligent. The crew leader Victor advised me at every stage as to what to expect. A friend of mine was visiting who had her own French drain installed and stated she has never seen such a clean job.

I used Quality 1st to put a triple safe sump pump in my basement. They were incredible from the start. They sent information regarding the people that were coming to the house, showed up on time, and left the area spotless. Jeffrey Nero came by at first to discuss the options and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Eric was the installer and he explained the work that was being done and kept me informed as the install was being done. I wanted to extend the discharge area a little further once it was complete and Thomas was able to come within a few days to complete the extension. I will be using the company again when we decide to fully finish the basement and put in the drainage system.

I would personally like to thank Ryan Santaliz who performed the yearly service for my sump pump and french drain system, which was installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems.  Ryan called prior to my appointment and arrived on time at my house.  He explained everything that would be completed during the service call and provided me updates throughout the process.  Even though it was pouring rain while Ryan was here, he meticulously checked the entire system, both inside and outside my house.  After completing the service, Ryan reviewed his findings with me and made sure my system was working properly and would be ready for any future rainfall. Ryan was professional, personable, honest, and he was respectful to me and my property.  I will definitely request Ryan for my next service call.
