The job was reviewed with me prior to starting, and after the work was done. I also got a courtesy call from the company. So far, no more leaks. I am pleased.

The crew did a great job installing the system, and he even came back out and fixed a cement issue. We have had a few rains, and the basement is still dry. Great job!

Everything went seamless for me-- the crew showed up on time, got to work and I didn't have to do anything... Notifications mostly-- reminders of the upcoming work. Always better to get them even if I remember... I had NO clue. Everything was explained- any questions answered. Hard working guys, stayed at it getting everything done, got everything prepared then installed and finally cleaned up.. Pretty sure I couldn't get the same thing done by anyone else, pieces and parts, maybe, but the complete job, one source. Perfect.

He spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of what had happened to cause my basement to flood. A lot of it was the opposite of my intuition, but he patiently answered all of my questions. In addition to an overall estimate for waterproofing our basement, he worked with me to sketch out a first-phase project that would solve our immediate issues while remaining reasonably affordable. I really appreciate that, and that is one of the reasons we'll be using your company in the future.

Your company recently installed a Super Sump system and waterguard track in my basement and an outside underground sump pump drain pipe with ice guard and lawnscape outlet. The crew did an excellent job installing everything and cleaning the work area when finished. My only criticism was that, after installing the new discharge pipe, they didn;t cement over the hole they'd made in the concrete wall. I called the service dept and the manager said of course they'd fix that. I also asked if the outside drain pipe could be shortneed so the lawnscape outlet would drain better over the lawn. Again, he said yes because they wanted me to be satisfied. The technician who came to do the additional work, I can't praise him enough. He d id a beautiful job of cementing over the hole in the basement wall-- you'd never know it was there. He shortened the outside drain pipe, refilled & tamped down the trench, and then went the extra step of obtaining & installing a popup outlet that works better in my yard. He also installed an 8' chute on the downspout to drain water away from my patio. Basement Systems did not charge me for any additional work. They mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. I would recommend them without hesitation.
