Your company resolved our wet basement issues! Workers arrived on time, cleaned the area at the end of each work day. They were polite and completed the job in the time frame as planned. The owner followed up daily. I would definitely recommend this company.

I've been really pleased with the basement waterproofing job done by your company. The Production Manager does a great job of proactively communicating, and the crew does a good job of communicating as well their time of arrival. I usually like to be present when work is going on, but wasn't able to in this case. However, I was happy to see each time I went down, progress, and that it was being done well. Would gladly recommend them to others.

Salesman/Inspector was on time for his appointment and understood our concerns and asked pertinent questions and made helpful suggestions. He also followed up through the process to make sure we were happy. The foreman was outstanding.He showed up on time every morning and communicated with us on what we could expect that day. The whole crew was extremely respectful and at the end of the day he would stop by before he left to tell us what he accomplished that day. The other thing was how well they cleaned up after themselves every day. Recently, we had a plumber work in our basement and when he left and we were cleaning up after him I remember remarking I miss the way basement systems cleaned up. The best thing I can say about the work Basement Systems did is that my wife is happy! I know she is a picky customer and yet she is pleased.

Although I was out of the country for the install, I am very happy with the project and everything looks great.

From the beginning I met with the salesman who was very knowledgeable and respect and thorough in evaluating the problem that we had for years in the basement . We went with the high-tech humidifier that they have and boy what a difference it is making with the moisture problem we had for all these years In our basement . And the installation crew was fabulous very knowledgeable very respectful they put the little booties on their feet to keep the rug from getting all dirty and they were in and out in primetime they were on time couldn't say enough about the crew . Also got a follow up call from the owner which I thought was very personal . I would recommend this company to anybody.

To my relief (and surprise), the salesman/estimator was very straightforward and willing to discuss options/ best solutions with me, without pressuring me to automatically purchase the most expensive system.  He was clearly very knowledgeable and was patient and courteous throughout our meeting. Your reputation is stellar, for sure.
