Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

Craig from Freehold, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements about a few trip hazards he had in his backyard due to sinking concrete. He wanted a solution that would  remove the trip hazards without having to replace the concrete. PolyLevel is a light weight and waterproof foam that is injected beneath the slab to lift and level it back towards its original position. not only is the installation quick and easy but also causes no disturbance to the surrounding areas. Within just 15 minutes of completion, the concrete slab could be walked on or driven over. 

Our Concrete team, led by Concrete Repair Manager, Shachon Kasey, raised and leveled the entire garage floor area that had settled roughly three inches. Our team drilled small penny- size holes into the concrete and began injecting PolyLevel foam beneath the slab using special equipment. The PolyLevel foam is not only environmentally friendly but also causes no disturbance to the surrounding area. 

This amazing transformation has made such a difference in this homeowners pool area. They no longer have to worry about friends and family tripping on their pool deck thanks to PolyLevel. Our team was able to lift and level the concrete surrounding the pool as well as seal the joints to prevent future settlement. The entire walkway area of this Freehold, NJ home had settled roughly two inches. Foreman, Iian and his team injected PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete to fill any voids. PolyLevel expands and begins to raise the concrete. Once leveled, the foam hardens to stabilize the concrete slabs permanently.
