A Malboro, NJ homeowner noticed the edge of their pool was sinking. The homeowner needed to get their pool deck repaired and luckily came across a concrete lifting video on Facebook. After a quick phone call, an appointment was booked with System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi, to go out and provide an estimate for the homeowner. After fully inspecting the pool deck, Andrew knew that the Polylevel System would be the perfect solution to repair the pool.
Foreman, Sean Johnson, and his crew injected PolyLevel underneath the settling concrete to fill the voids, raise the slab and stabilize the area permanently.
This homeowner in Howell, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking and settling. This can happen from soil erosion underneath the slab. If this goes without repair, someone could trip and injure themselves! The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. A few days later, our foreman arrived and began using our PolyLevel Injections. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow the concrete to become raised. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the results! Their pool patio was leveled and they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards!
Sidewalks surrounding this Matawan home became uneven due to soil settlement under the concrete. Quality 1st Basement Systems evened out these concrete slabs using the PolyLEVEL system. Removing the trip hazards has made this home much safer for this Matawan family.
System Design Specialist, Mike Bonfante inspected the sinking concrete and recommended PolyLevel foam to lift, level and stabilize the slab. Foreman, William Perez and his crew drilled small penny-size holes into each sinking slab and injected PolyLevel foam underneath. The foam expands and hardens raising the slab back to its original level permanently. The foam is waterproof, adjustable and a non-mess installation. Within 15 minutes the homeowner can walk over the concrete slabs.
PolyLevel saved the day at this Monmouth County home. Quality 1st Basement Systems raised the sinking concrete in Matawan with an injectable, expandable foam. PolyLevel filled the void and lifted the uneven concrete back into a level position.
