Our team was able to lift, level and stabilize the front porch of this West Creek, NJ home using our PolyLevel System!
A homeowner in West Creek, NJ called Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair their uneven concrete sidewalk. As a solution, we used our environmentally friendly and waterproof, polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel to lift, level and stabilize this concrete walkway.
This West Creek, NJ homeowner was facing an issue with the concrete slabs around their pool sinking, leaving an unlevel surface. This kind of shifting in concrete slabs on a pool's patio can be a great danger for anyone occupying the space. Our team at Quality 1st was happy to send our crew to the home after our System Design Specialist Nelson presented and approved the leveling restoration on the concrete slabs. With our Foreman Ramon, our crew arrived at the home with a plan for our PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel Foam Injection is a lightweight and nonharmful solution to raising concrete slabs and keeping them leveled. Once our crew accomplished the leveling of the slabs, our NexusPro was used to seal cracks in the concrete as well as the crevices in between slabs to keep the joints sealed.
The homeowner was happy to see our crew left their pool freshly leveled and safely sealed. They can now enjoy their space without having to worry about how they walk about it!
Check out this before and after of a sinking porch our PolyLevel team raised and stabilized. The soil beneath the steps was no normal able to support the weight of the heavy concrete and therefore began to sink and settle. Our team injected PolyLevel foam underneath the slab, raising it back towards its original level.
A homeowner in Lacey Townnship, New Jersey noticed that their concrete slab around their pool was sinking about 2 to 3 inches. This happens when the weight of the concrete and water become too much for the soil to bear. Quality 1st used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, to raise the concrete back to its original position. Within 30 minutes, the foam begins to expand and lift the concrete. The homeowners were very pleased with their improved area around their pool.
