Homeowner Carl from Brick, NJ had a sinking garage floor in one of the corners and a huge crack across the concrete. If not fixed, water would get in through the crack and the breakdown of concrete would get worse. We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek out to inspect a front walkway area in Hillburn, NJ and provide a solution. Jeff explained that a concrete slab will sink if the soil underneath becomes too wet or too dry.
