This Eatontown, NJ homeowner knew it was time to get their concrete patio repaired, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, Andrew G., inspected the area and knew our Concrete Repair System, PolyLevel and NexusPro Seal would be able to repair the patio. After using PolyLevel to lift level and stabilize the back patio area, NexusPro Seal fills any gaps and cracks within the concrete slab.
A Tinton Falls, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems about repairing their driveway. The concrete had settled in several sections creating gaps between the slabs which allowed water to get underneath. Our System Design Specialist, Dylan McDonald, inspected the driveway and suggested PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete and then NexusPro to seal any cracks created from the settlement.
Concrete Repair Specialist, Joseph D., recommended our concrete raising solution, PolyLevel, for this sinking and settling sidewalk area. The area was located in Tinton Falls, NJ. Our team showed up on time and began prepping the area for installation and repair. To remove the trip hazards, our team drilled small penny-size holes, into each sinking concrete slab. PolyLevel is an environmentally friendly, waterproof, polyurethane foam that fills the voids between the slab and soil which causes the settlement to occur, and trip hazards to form.
The sidewalks in front of this Fair Lawn residence were uneven due to settlement under the concrete. Quality 1st Basement Systems isntalled the PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system to repair the sunken concrete. PolyLEVEL is a two part poly-urethane foam which is injected underneath the concrete to raise it back to its original level. PolyLEVEL is very lightweight which means it will not cause further settlement. PolyLEVEL is the cheaper, faster, more modern alternative to mudjacking. The sidewalk slabs have been repaired, and there are no longer any tripping hazards for this family!
Jeff, our Concrete Repair Specialists, provided the homeowner with an estimate to lift, level & seal the area. Iian, our PolyLevel Foreman and his team were able to raise the slabs back to level. First the crew did a full walk through to make sure nothing was in the surrounding area that could delay or effect the installation. Once the area was clear, the crew began installing the polyurethane foam. Small holes were drilling into each sinking slab. PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab to fill the small void below. PolyLevel expands underneath, raising the heavy slab. When the slab is raised and no additional foam is needed, it begins to harden for permanent stabilization.
