Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Eatontown, NJ wanted to have someone level the garage entrance as it sunk 3 inch over time. Senior foreman, Victor Leon and his crew, went out to lift and level the area with a polyurethane foam. The garage was able to be used after 15 minutes after it was installed.

The concrete had settled in several sections creating gaps between the slabs which allowed water to get underneath. To fix this cracked pavement, Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL underneath the sinking concrete. Now this Tinton Falls, NJ pavement is even and smooth.

This Eatontown business had sinking slabs around the walk way of their entrance. People had brought it to the owners attention that it became a big tripping hazard for those coming in and out of the store.
