This pool area had a large amount of sinking slabs around the entire pool area which caused tripping hazards for children using it. This Red Bank homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems hoping for a solution and was surprised when they heard of PolyLevel System. PolyLevel lifts, levels and stabilizes the concrete slab for a permanent solution without having to remove and replace it.
The front porch of a home is very important. It's where you dry off after getting stuck in the rain, where you sip your morning coffee while the kids get on the bus and where you sit and catch up with your next door neighbor. When your porch is sinking or settling, it makes it harder to enjoy and so this Red Bank homeowner gave Quality 1st Basement Systems a call. We fixed their problem by using PolyLevel.
This homeowner located in Red Bank, NJ was struggling with concerns related to concrete settlement near their homes driveway. Instead of ignoring this and allowing the issue to grow into a larger problem such as potentially fatal walking conditions and an overall decline in the structural integrity of the walkway they knew it was time to find a permanent solution.
After meeting with our system design specialist Chris, he was able to provide the owner with an essential solution, following this interaction our foreman Ramon and his crew arrived at the home and began installing the necessary products. The team installed our specially formulated PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the sunken slabs to lift and restore them to their initial surface height, as well as a full application of our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant.
With these two powerful products in place this owner can rest easy knowing their driveway is entirely safeguarded against future settlement obstacles.
A resident from Spring Lake, NJ was very bothered as a section of the concrete floor in the garage was sinking. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent out Senior Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi after booking a free estimate appointment with our appointment center. Andrew noticed the slabs were uneven and a part of the driveway was chipped.
Senior Foreman, Victor Leon, and his crew went out to fix the issue. To lift and level the floor, the team drilled small holes to pump in a Polyurethane foam called Polylevel. PolyLevel can last indefinitely. It’s inorganic, it’s not sensitive to water so it won’t wash away. Once the PolyLevel foam is injected, it’s there to stay. Unlike the material used in mudjacking, the PolyLevel polymer won’t break down or disintegrate, avoiding all of the problems of washing out and erosion. After lifting the concrete slabs, the team installed nexus pro on the cracks to seal it from the outside environment. In less than 15 minutes the driveway was ready to be driven on again.
A homeowner in Spring Lake, NJ discovered cracks and gaps forming within their concrete garage floor, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, Andrew G., inspected the area and recommended PolyLevel to raise the concrete slabs back to level. After the slabs are raised, the team uses NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks. This will protect the area against water erosion.
