Pool Patio Lifted in Long Branch, NJ

A resident in Long Branch, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking. This can happen because when the soil underneath a concrete slab is unable to hold the weight of it, this will cause the slab to sink. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, helped with a solution. Jack suggested they use a polyurethane foam that will be noninvasive. The foreman used the PolyLevel Injection polyurethane foam, by drilling small penny-sized holes into the slab and the foam fills the void, which lifts and levels the slab. Now, the homeowner has a level patio without worrying about tripping hazards.

Pool Deck Sinking in Little Ferry, NJ

Homeowner Laurie from Little Ferry, NJ noticed there was 2 inches of settlement on her pool deck and the walkway leading up to her pool. The settlement from concrete can create trip hazards, which can cause serious injuries. To ensure that this wouldn't happen, Laurie asked Quality 1st Basements to help her find a solution. Our PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the slabs that were experiencing settlement and the cracks were sealed up with NexusPro Sealant.
