A sinking pool deck in West Long Branch, NJ needed to be repaired. Quality 1st Basement systems injected PolyLEVEL under the sinking slab and lifted it back into place.
Quality 1st Basement Systems lifted this sinking concrete slab. By injecting PolyLevel - an expandable polyurethane foam underneath the concrete, the crew lifted it up into a level and safe position. PolyLevel is efficient and fast acting. Now this West Long Branch, NJ concrete is raised for good.
A resident in Long Branch, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking. This can happen because when the soil underneath a concrete slab is unable to hold the weight of it, this will cause the slab to sink. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, helped with a solution. Jack suggested they use a polyurethane foam that will be noninvasive. The foreman used the PolyLevel Injection polyurethane foam, by drilling small penny-sized holes into the slab and the foam fills the void, which lifts and levels the slab. Now, the homeowner has a level patio without worrying about tripping hazards.
Check out these great before and after photos of this concrete pool raising job we did in Cedar Grove, NJ. A homeowner was experiencing serious concrete settlement near the left side of their pool. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff, upon inspection, measured roughly 2 to 3 inches of settlement and recommended PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete.
Homeowner Laurie from Little Ferry, NJ noticed there was 2 inches of settlement on her pool deck and the walkway leading up to her pool. The settlement from concrete can create trip hazards, which can cause serious injuries. To ensure that this wouldn't happen, Laurie asked Quality 1st Basements to help her find a solution. Our PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the slabs that were experiencing settlement and the cracks were sealed up with NexusPro Sealant. Laurie and her family had peace of mind knowing that her and her family were safe from injury.
