Quality 1st Basement Systems restored the sinking concrete outside of a Zarephath, NJ home. The team injected PolyLEVEL underneath the sinking slab and lifted it back up into place.

This homeowner in Mine Hill, New Jersey noticed their concrete patio was cracking and becoming unlevel. If this goes without repair, it could cause a tripping hazard and someone could injure themselves. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Joseph DelVecchio provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam. Our foreman, Ramon began using our PolyLevel Injections by drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting the foam underneath the slab. This causes the concrete slab to rise to a level position. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy with the results. They were able to safely walk on their patio without the concern of tripping!
