I chose Quality 1st Basement Systems after seeing their ad in the Money Mailer. I got quotes from other companies, but they had the best price and follow-up policy. The installation team was great!

I had a pretty serious erosion problem and I was left with a cement walkway that sunk down. The first step to my home was sunken very far down It was very difficult to get up and down. I thought I was going to have to have all the concrete broken up and replaced. The representative Joe came out and explained that was not the case. Joe showed me a video on how everything worked. And the price was great. No pushy sales just a very polite and professional explanation. I really liked he had the short video to show how it worked! The guys who came to do the job were professional and very very pleasant. Got everything done in a matter of hours and left virtually no mess. I just wish I knew about this much much sooner!!! I would definitely recommend using this company and doing this if you have any unsettled sidewalks/ tripping hazards… things like that. Amazing what they can do these days

We needed Quality 1st Basement Systems to come out because there was shifting and sinking in our concrete. Sean Johnson was our foreman on the job this time. He was extremely courteous and took the time to observe all the areas we pointed out that needed to be lifted, and he even noticed some others. He was very meticulous in completing this job to our satisfaction. (And I am a tough customer with high expectations!!) We are very happy with the work that has been completed at our home and also thankful for Quality 1st Basements for standing behind their warranty!!

The concrete around our pool was sinking. They came out & lifted the concrete to level with a poly foam & power washed & sealed all the concrete. Our concrete was 20 years old & now looks brand new!

Jeff was courteous & professional, excellent presentation. The installation crew, Arturo and Angel, were great as they explained how the process worked and they cleaned up the area nicely.

We thought that the System Design Specialist, Maurice, was very nice, likable, and trustworthy. I was very happy  with the Quality 1st. Repairing of my driveway. Ash and Al. Did a great job. They were polite and able to do their job without making a mess and explained everything that was done. They cleaned up the area and left. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Job  well done!      

[Dori] was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process.  The installation team was very conscientious and experienced with the PolyLEVEL product application. The technique was minimally visible (small injection drill hole) and the PolyLEVEL material is very durable under the slab. I am very satisified with the job!

The job went excellent the entire way, the crew was hard working and finished the whole basement in one and a half days, GREAT JOB!
