Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A Toms River, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements because of the moisture and water in their crawl space. Upon inspection, our System Design Specialist found a lot of moisture and mildew creating a nasty and unhealthy environment inside the crawl space. 

Foreman Juan Garcia and his crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal it off from water and moisture that could cause harm to the crawl space and the foundation of the home. To prevent cold air from entering the home, the crew installed a Heat Barrier, SilverGlo. This was installed on the floors to keep the heat inside the crawl space to prevent frozen pipes and cold floors.

After experiencing water in their crawl space, this homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution. Ken P., a Senior Design Specialist, went out to the home and inspected the crawl space. He proposed a solution to the homeowner involving the installation of: CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Insulation, Drainage Matting, A sump Pump & WaterGuard. The homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their crawl space even during heavy rains.

System Design Specialist, Phil Matthews, met with a homeowner in Toms River, NJ about concerns they had in their basement when noticing water marks and efflorescence on the walls. From time to time they noticed the basement walls would get damp and a little water seepage would form  on the floor. They wanted to protect their basement and prevent water and mold growth in their basement. 

Phil designed a solution that would best the basements needs and the homeowners goal. To prevent moisture and water seepage on the walls, Phil recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Not only does it create a clean and bright appearance in the basement but directs all water seepage straight down to the WaterGuard French Drain System which then flows into the Sump Pump. 

A homeowner in Toms River was having high levels of moisture in the crawl space and wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. Dan Recommended a full crawl space encapsulation and Sedona dehumidifier to be installed to cease any more problems.
