This homeowner in West Grove, PA, was facing challenges with a notably cold crawl space due to the presence of exposed dirt floors. These dirt floors tend to absorb moisture from the ground and release it into the crawl space, resulting in an unstable environment. The Quality 1st Basements team conducted a thorough assessment and determined that a complete encapsulation of the crawl space was necessary to effectively manage moisture and maintain heat retention.
