Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our System Design Specialist, Jeff, N., fully inspected the crawlspace and suggested our CleanSpace Moisture Barrier would be the perfect solution for the homeowner. This homeowner in Rumson, New Jersey was looking to seal their crawl space from the earth's elements. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, was able to help them find a solution. Jack provided an inspection and suggested they use a vapor barrier system. A few days later, our foreman, Heriberto, began installing the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system is thick and durable like a pool liner and will prevent water vapor and moisture from passing through into their crawl space. After the installation, the homeowner did not experience any more humidity in their basement, resulting in their full satisfaction with the CleanSpace system.

A homeowner in Ocean Grove, New Jersey needed their crawl space encapsulated due to water entering and also needed beam support. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and suggested a full encapsulation system be installed as well as SmartJack beams to support the crawl space. 

Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor to provide a channel for the water to pass through to the sump pump or drain. SilverGlo was installed on the crawl space walls to boast as a radiant barrier, which reflects heat back into the crawl space to keep it warm. CleanSpace was installed on the crawl space walls and floors for encapsulation and to keep out water vapor and moisture. This crawl space is fully encapsulated and protected against any water entering.

To add support for the sagging crawl space, SmartJacks were installed. SmartJacks provide support for sagging floor joists in the crawl space and are a permanent solution. SmartJacks can easily be adjusted at any time if the home requires it.
