A Parlin, NJ homeowner found their basement walls were bowing inwards, and cracks were beginning to form. Fearful that water would eventually start seeping through, they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. Our team recommended a wall stabilizer system to stop movement and prevent future movement from occurring. The Carbon Armor Reinforcement System  is designed to stabilize bowing basement walls. The system is flexible and ten times stronger than steel. Carbon Armor does not effect future plans to finish the basement and secure the foundation in place to provide this homeowner with peace of mind.  

Freehold, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems about water concerns they had in their basement. Although there was an existing sump pump, water was still seeping through the cinder block. Upon inspect, System Design Specialist, Phil Mattews noticed  major foundation issues that were causing  water leaks.

The Q1 team installed a CarbonArmo Wall Reinforcing System which is made of fiber reinforced polymer making the strips ten times stronger than steel. PowerBrace Wall Repair System was also installed to stabilize the bowing walls. Both systems stabilize the homes foundation and can gradually return the walls back to the original position.The old sump pump system was removed and a complete Waterproofing System which included a SuperSump Pump and WaterGuard to keep the basement dry was installed. 

The homeowner was relieved that they no longer had water issues in their basement and that the foundation was now stabilized. 

Quality 1st Basements installed our Wall Repair System,  to stabilize the foundation after the homeowners noticed multiple cracks on the interior of the basement wall. Some of the cracks were vertical while others were large stair step cracks. This brought great concern to the homeowners since they now questions how stable their foundation actually was.
