We stabilized a foundation for a commercial building in Linden, NJ. Our Foundation Repair Specialist recommended Helical Piers to stabilize the foundation and prevent future settlement.

A South Orange, NJ homeowner noticed a vertical crack forming along their basement walls, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for help. We provided a thorough inspection of the home and found the foundation was settling. As a solution, we installed the Helical Piers to stabilize the foundation. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other foundation issues in their home. 

Pompton Lakes, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after noticing their garage walls started bowing inwards. They were concerns that over time this would cause serious foundation issues and so they needed a system that would stabilize the walls. Foundation Repair Specialist, Mike Fiorillo, recommended our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System.  The system is installed with steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with a strong steel bracket. A benefit of this system is the adjustability to tighten each brace need be. 

Our System Design Specialist Mike F inspected and provided the homeowner with a proposal. Senior Foreman, Jonathan N. and his team installed our CarbonArmor Foundation Stabilization System in this Matawan, NJ home. The CarbonArmor System includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. Using high strength epoxy resin, the carbon fiber straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall. The straps will stabilize the wall. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.
