Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The foundation walls of this Bayville home were bowing and had horizontal cracks. The foundation problems were due to soil outside the home expanding due to soil saturation from heavy rains. The expansion of the soil put pressure on the foundation and caused the bowing walls which created a horizontal crack in the foundation. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed PowerBraces to stabalize the wall and eventually shift it back to its original place. This foundation is now safe and will return back to its original position!

We knew the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System would be able to support and straighten the floors. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other floor issues in their home.

Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor straps in this Keyport, NJ basement. CarbonArmor prevents the wall from bowing forward and stabilizes it. Now this home is much safer and the homeowner feels relieved!

The PowerBrace Wall Repair System was able to stop further damage and will potentially straighten the wall. 

With help from our System Design Specialist, Javier and foundation crew lead by Foreman, Wilver, Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to stabilize the bowing foundation walls with CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. Each strap is installed with a strong epoxy to allow the strap to grip to the wall permanently. This will prevent the wall from bowing inward more. Each bracket above can be adjusted to gradually bring the wall back towards its original position.
