Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

When the homeowner noticed vertical cracks in their basement wall they called Quality 1st to do the job. System Design Specialist, Ken Peare, did a full inspection of the basement to make sure that these cracks were the only cracks in the foundation of the home. Foreman, Melvin Cardoza, installed FlexiSpan into the cracks sealing them to prevent water from coming through. First bead of Sealant is placed inside the crack to stop crack leakage. A FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is then placed over  as a second form of protection against water leakage through the first seal, followed by the permanent seal overlay. 

Quality 1st Basements was contacted by the homeowner and engineer for a property located in Evesham Township in regards to large foundation cracks on the interior of the foundation. Doing some research online, they discovered our Carbon Armor Wall Reinforcing Wall System and right away knew this was the solution they were looking for.

He suggested they install a strap support system to bring the wall to its original position. Our foreman, Esau Aquino, installed The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System which is carbon fiber straps that are stronger than steel. The Carbon Armor Straps provide the ultimate stabilization to the wall and are placed on the wall with a high-strength epoxy resin. There are brackets above the system that allow the straps to be adjusted to bring the wall towards the original position.
