Wilver and his crew did an outstanding job encapsulating our large crawl space and installing joists to stabilize our sagging floors. We first decided to contact Quality 1st Basement systems because we had a 22 ft crack in the center of a 38 ft wall, and this was causing the wall to lean slightly. The crack was large enough for a quarter to fit, and we decided that it needed to be reinforced ASAP. After doing a lot of research, and getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Quality 1st because of how well the quote was presented to us. We thought that the salesman gave us a very well done presentation, and the installation crew did a great job in cleaning up and filling the holes. We are very satisfied with the work that was done, and now we don't have to worry about our foundation problems anymore. Quality 1st repaired a foundation wall and installed a sump pump in my basement. We had some difficulty with the town approving the foundation wall repair and Kyle saved the day! He is the on-site project manager. He coordinated with the engineer, the installers, and the town to make it right. In the end, we needed 2 extra steel support beams and Kyle made sure they were installed immediately and correctly without charging me extra. My only advice to anyone who needs a foundation repair is to request Quality 1st have the engineer visit the site first rather than later.

The salesman was very thorough and took his time to answer all of my questions. The installation crew was courteous, efficient, and professional. I am glad I chose Quality 1st basement systems because I have heard nothing but positive things about the company and the price was very reasonable.
