Your company is great. I never write reviews but I have to say I was so happy with the work they performed in my basement. I had extreme water damage behind the walls of my finished basement that was never seen by the home inspector a few years back. Over the last year every time it rained I would have small amount of water on my basement floor. Finally in a large rain storm our basement flooded. I called your company and he came to my house, did a full inspection and found the problem areas. His crew came out lead by the foreman and three days later I have a dry and smell free basement. The installers were great, hardworking and professional. I can't recommend this company enough and I am finally happy I can use my basement!

Hi my name is Keith Adkins,I’ve recently had my basement waterproofed by Basement Systems. Their response to my inquiry was very fast. The inspector, came out and inspected our basement and listened to our concerns and made recommendations for them as well as our goal for a basement transformation. They offered a full complimentary package to do our complete basement making it as clean, dry and mold free as possible. We decided to do our basement project in phases to give us time to process our thoughts and schedule in the work. Phase one, we chose to do the Water Guard system. They recommend that you prepare your basement ahead of time and I would recommend you do as well. This is a very dusty dirty job.The project was scheduled, the trenching team arrived on schedule. We first talked with them about our project and what was expected. The team worked really hard, also taking the time to answer our questions throughout the day. By the end of the trenching project they cleaned up nicely and the trenching looks and works great. They installed the sump pumps and ensured all were working properly. Just want to say that this is truly a dusty dirty job. So don’t expect your basement to be squeaky clean when they leave. You will need to clean up the dust part. A little vacuuming, mopping and wiping down will do. We were lucky with the weather being nice enough to not use the AC or heat during this time.The second phase we did the walls. The team showed up as scheduled. We talked about our project. We had chosen ZenWalls and some Foamax to cover our block walls. They got right to work and did a nice job. I will have to say, I do prefer the ZenWall covering better than the FoaMax. It just looks much better and cleaner looking. We chose FoaMax for our storage area to help keep the cost down. The FoaMax is nice and affordable and was suitable for our storage area. The bright white surface does help with the lighting.There were some unforeseen things that came up. Due to the COVID 19 we are waiting for our backup pump and Everlast windows. I hope they come in soon. Don’t want to be without that extra bit of protection.To sum up our experience with Basement Systems, I would recommend them. At first I felt the products were pricey. I think the products they offer are what I needed and made sense to me for our project. I wanted a long term and effective solution that gave me peace of mind. Take their advice and don’t be afraid to question them, they will answer your questions. Don’t be afraid of expressing your concerns. They will listen and work with you as they did with me. We look forward to the completion of our basement, this will offer so much more living space.Sincerely,Keith

My foreman and his crew were exceptional. They worked hard and they finished on time. It was a rainy day and they left no mess. All the guys wore their masks and were covid compliant. He was always on top of keeping me well-informed. I couldn't have asked for a better crew, they get an A+. I am very pleased with the work and will refer your company to everybody and anybody who has issues with their basement.

The crew was conscientious and dedicated and they were very attentive and more than happy to accommodate.

The great crew just finished our basement and it looks great! They were a pleasure to have around, very professional, responsive and, most importantly, were true craftsman with innovative solutions to every possible issue. Everyone at this company (sales, office staff and production manager) was professional and customer focused.The products and installation methods used by Basement Systems ensure that our basement will look good for my lifetime and are virtually maintenance free. If something does happen, the design makes for an easy fix. As you can tell, we are very happy with your company.

He did an excellent job explaining the problems in my basement as well as the products your company has developed to deal with such issues. I was convinced your company had the solutions and was ready for a successful, guaranteed fix. They were polite considerate and incredibly hard working. He consulted me when he found an additional crack in my wall as well as to confirm the correct floor coloring I chose. He demonstrated that he was dedicated to his job by coming back on a Saturday, the 6th day in a row to complete the job. He made sure I was happy with the end results. It has rained twice since the work has been completed and there has been no leaking. Please know how happy this makes me! Based on my experience I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and family, especially if they can receive information from him and work with him.

They immediately called a sales rep who immediately contacted me. He fully explained the system I wanted installed. Several times he even answered the phone calls while on vacation, to answer additional questions I had. Outstanding. Put plastic sheet over HVAC unit, water heater and some personal stuff I could not move from the basement. Concrete dust was at an absolute minumum. They did the complete install in one day. Completely wiped down all the basement walls and personal basement stuff, hauled away 100% of the demolition conrete and plastic sheeting. Swept entire floor . I went to the internet for a local basement waterproofing company. Your website impressed me very much when compared to the rest that popped up. I made the right choice.

Now, let's talk about the staff. He was my sales rep and he explained everything from start to finish. He even had a diagram on his computer and printed out on the spot what was going to happen. There was no pushy salesman work to sell me something I did not need, but sold me what I needed to solve the problem. He was an awesome foreman and his crew did an excellent job! The job was done on-time with no mess left behind. Then there was the service manager. He answered every question I had after the work was done and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. Listen, I like to save money just like everyone else, and while they may not be the cheapest around, they do QUALITY work and do what they say. Plus, they are there whenever you need them. They are extremely PROFESSIONAL, and in this day and age, Quality and Professionalism is hard to come by.
