I had a water issue for 6 months before i dediced to do anything about it. The office staff when i initially called was polite and courteous. My salesman Kenny T. was outstanding, he provided me with an immediate estimate and fixed price. His sales presentation and quote was based on specific work that was getting done. I found Quality 1st with a quick google search and could not be more pleased. I had a good experience with Victor and the installation team they were dedicated and clean.

He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. 

I had a pretty serious erosion problem and I was left with a cement walkway that sunk down. The first step to my home was sunken very far down It was very difficult to get up and down. I thought I was going to have to have all the concrete broken up and replaced. The representative Joe came out and explained that was not the case. Joe showed me a video on how everything worked. And the price was great. No pushy sales just a very polite and professional explanation. I really liked he had the short video to show how it worked! The guys who came to do the job were professional and very very pleasant. Got everything done in a matter of hours and left virtually no mess. I just wish I knew about this much much sooner!!! I would definitely recommend using this company and doing this if you have any unsettled sidewalks/ tripping hazards… things like that. Amazing what they can do these days

I am very satisfied with the work installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had been getting water in my basement during heavy rains for a year before I decided to call Quality 1st. I did my research and liked the fact that they had a great rating with the Better Business Bureau. When I called they were very courteous and answered all of my questions. My inspector was courteous and went the extra mile when helping with the proposal for my basement. When the installation crew led by Jonathan came in to do the work they were speedy and neat. We've had a couple of large storms since the new gutters & guards were installed.  While we do love waterfalls, it was nice NOT to have the one that used to flow out of our gutters outside our kitchen window! I have & will continue to recommend Klaus Roofing Systems.

I must say I'm truly impressed with the premium service I received from Anthony to the installation (Billy, Brandon & Rodney), and client services (Ashley and Jennifer) from the beginning, to the end of the job. Every detail agreed upon, and even fast-tracking fulfillment of this sump pump installation a week earlier, was executed with precision. Any questions I had about billing, timeline/scheduling, preparation, technical questions about the pump were answered promptly.
