Handled A Job In Our Basement Very Efficiently.We found out about Quality 1st Basements by just doing a simple google search because they were one of the first companies that came up. I spoke to them about what we wanted to get done and they came up with a schedule for the work after we signed the contract. They pretty much did a complete waterproofing of our basement and also installed some drains as well. The job went pretty well but I was very worried about the mess throughout the whole process, however, they were able to clean up very well and really didn't leave much behind. 

We had issues with some water getting into our basement.  So we went out and got a few companies to look at our situation.  After meeting with your design specialist, John Schweitzer, we felt confident that your company was the optimal choice in selecting a waterproofing system.  John did a thorough analysis of our basement and put together a comprehensive plan that would address the problem.  Other companies did a basic analysis and didn’t provide much comfort that they could get the job done effectively.  John sat down with us, answered our questions and listened to our concerns during our meeting with him.  He was informative and knowledgeable of the product you sell.  Other companies out there offer similar products, not waterguard, but overall a French drain type system.  We could have gone with one of the other groups, but Quality 1st’s customer service level led us to believe that they’d be the right company to do the job. Juan Garcia and his crew did the job a few weeks later and put the system in place quickly.  Juan was very professional and answered our questions during the course of the project.  He and his team were very hard workers and must be assets to your company.  After the completion of the project, John was available to answer follow up questions that we had about the basement system your company installed and he followed up with us to be sure it was doing what it is supposed to do.  We’ve been leak free over the past two months.  Should we know others who might need your product in the future, we will gladly recommend your company.

Andrew arrived on time and was pleasant, courteous, and kept me informed of his progress. He explained why the primary sump pump had to be replaced. I am very happy with the way Quality 1st waterproofed my basement. I was initially recommended to Quality 1st through my contractor and after seeing the positive feedback from several clients I decided to choose Quality 1st. My inspector Ken Peare was excellent! He provided me with a free estimate and helped me find the right products and solutions I needed for my water problem. The installation team knew what they were doing, they were very knowledgeable.

We had a problem with our floor separating from the wall in one of the bedrooms, Jack was scheduled to evaluate the problem, he was very professional and most of all knowledgeable and honest. In the end, what we thought was a foundation problem, was not. Jack gave us different solutions to solve the problem and took our worries away. We have worked with Quality First Basement for 20 years. My first job was the triple sump pump which has been excellent. Next was the refinishing of our basement. Another superb product and experience. Today we had new flooring installed. Once again, the product and workers were excellent! They were on time and so respectful. The floor is so attractive. Really pleased with the level of service that Quality 1st provided. JC, Luis, and the rest of the crew did a great job installing the Carbon Armor foundation strips for an issue we were having. We were so pleased that we booked them for some other basement work (that we had been putting off) within an hour of them finishing the job. Really pleased overall and excited for the peace of mind that comes with it.

We had Mr. Ryan Santaliz come to evaluate and service our crawling space system. Ryan was always very knowledgeable and polite. He was kind enough to navigate a creepy crawling space and document the extent of the damage, explaining clearly the best solution by proposing an action plan.

The technician was excellent but the products he used to clean were way top toxic for me. When I schedule next service I will just mention that.
