I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2011 to solve the water problems in my basement. I had a sump pump installed, as well as other waterproofing products, and I am just as pleased with my basement now as I was when the work was installed. First things first. Mike Fiorillo was an excellent sales rep to work with. Knowledgeable, mindful, professional, and personal at the same time. He went over all the options in detail, did not try to push or upsell on any products. Even gave some tips on the best way to finance the project. TJ showed up with his team on time, as agreed, explained, and showed me everything they will be working on. It was a big project, so it took 3 days to complete, however, each day the team showed up on time, worked very cleanly and efficiently. Everything looks great.  I also want to mention Angie Almonte from their customer service, who was very friendly and professional when she followed up after the project was completed. Highly recommend! A++

I researched other companies and received quotes but in the end chose Quality 1st because they had more options available for my home improvement project. When I called the office staff answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. My inspector Kenny was thorough and polite. I had a wet unfinished basement and he helped me transform the entire space to make it livable. I now have a waterproofed finished basement that I can use everyday. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did excellent work and completed the entire project in just 2 days.
