I am very satisfied with the work completed in my basement by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My system design specialist Rick did an excellent job and was very helpful. The office staff was friendly and the installation crew worked very hard. Before choosing Quality 1st I did research on other waterproofing companies in NJ but they had a good price and were very professional.

Both service technicians were excellent.  Collin is very knowledgable and dedicated to his customers.

Quality 1st Basements sent senior service technician Collin Peare on-site to my house today for an annual check-up and cleaning of a sump-pump system installed over 10 years ago by them. The system has worked without issue since installation, but performing an annual inspection is always a good idea and can bring up any issues not apparent to a home-owner.Collin arrived on time, and even called ahead to let me know an estimated time of arrival. He answered all my questions regarding the current status of the pumps, battery, and overall health of the equipment. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the pumps and replaced the battery as well which was way overdue for care.Overall, I am happy with the service and will continue to utilizer their services and recommend them for crawl-space and sump pump solutions.

Totally honest!    I had some water issues in my basement so I called Quality 1st Basements. I was immediately impressed by how totally honest they were. They told me there was no water damage, but that there were several things I could do to prevent future damage. I told them to go ahead and do the work, and they did everything they promised they would do. They were very good at their jobs. I was very happy with them, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Overall Quality 1st did a good job waterproofing my crawlspace. My System Design Specialist Dan did a good job explaining all of my waterproofing options, he was very knowledgeable. My installation team led by Wilver was hard working and finished the job in one day! I did research with other companies and chose Quality 1st because they had a good competitive price, and I felt that they had a good reputation and would stand behind their work.

After purchasing my home in Freehold, I decided to have my old sub pump inspected by professionals. The pump would discharge water about 6 times a day! I knew something was wrong. Steve R. from Quality 1st Basements and I discussed several water mitigations options. Steve was super knowledgeable and direct about their products. I needed to solve the problem of a damp basement with an open drain system and inefficient sump pump. I first met with salesman Ron Michaels, who was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. He put together a waterproofing plan to make my basement dry and keep within my budget. On the day the work was scheduled the crew led by Wilver Cardoza arrived on time, were professional and courteous and completed the work within the time frame I was given. During the recent wet weather the system seems to be working well and I am very happy that I no longer have that musty basement smell. I also wish to commend Juan Gonzalez for his patience and help in answering all my questions related to the job and ensuring I was fully satisfied with the work.

My service technician Sha'chon explained everything thoroughly and his work was efficient and timely. He showed up to my home on time and let me know exactly what work was being performed. He walked me thru the entire process and informed me that my sump pumps were working properly.
