The books you offered for free were outstanding in their explanations. The company stood out way above any others on the web. But the clincher in choosing your company was the helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest young man you sent out as our inspector.

He came out and got to the source of my water problems. In the past I’ve had water proofing quotes that never suggested a fix to my issues just a rushed solution. I do plan on moving forward with the job because it’s very affordable and a clear cut plan!

My basement was flooded on 2 occasions during the 1st 5 years (2003-08) I lived here -- once during a torrential rainfall, and once after a major snowstorm.  I have been very pleased with this company's work and results, and found its employees to be responsive, considerate and skilled. In spite of some record-breaking weather events these past 8 years, a few of which have caused the sump pump to activate, my basement has stayed 100% dry. (I have also been pleased with maintenance visits from your company every 3 or so years since original installation of the system.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of your crew who worked on my basement. They were all conscientious and hard-working throughout the project. He paid attention to detail and really took pride in his work.
