This latest project was my second time using Quality 1st Basement Systems to deal with my basement waterproofing issues. I first used them back in 2011, and was pleased with the original work, as well as their yearly maintenance service. Now, my most recent project was to install another waterproofing product to my basement in order to make sure my basement will be prepared for anything. Similar to before, the installation crew were on time, friendly, and got the job done within the time they expected. The cleanup process was also done very well, and there was no mess left over. I decided to continue using Quality 1st Basement Systems because once again they were a good price, they have quality products, and they always have great reviews. I also appreciate that the sales people are informative and not pushy. If I decide to do any more work in the future, I will continue choosing Quality 1st Basement Systems.

My basement is so much more usable now. All work was done well and within the time expected. The same foreman of the crew came both times. The crews have been punctual, friendly, professional, and clean up well. They really did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

Greg was great! He was patient, kind, and honest and gave us the science behind basement waterproofing.  We learned so much from him. Because of Greg, we feel confident in our decision to go with Quality 1st.

The guys provided quality work as promised. They were timely and polite. The salesman, Matt Abrahamsen, was knowledgeable and provided us with the best option for our issue. Jessica Long was very very helpful in explaining the situation to us. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and she is smart and a valuable person on the sales team.

I was first interested in getting a sump pump installed because I had water coming through one side of my basement after heavy rain, even though I could not see any cracks. After reference from a friend, I decided to go with Quality 1st to do the work, and I was not disappointed. I was very impressed by how professional and helpful to our needs the salesman was, and how courteous and professional the installation crew was. The cleanup was also done really well, and I am totally satisfied with the company. Now I will be the one to recommend Quality 1st to my friends and family.

First and foremost I would like to thank Matt for being kind, courteous, informative, and displaying such professionalism from start to finish. Matt called the same night to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions if we had them. He even called a week later to check in again which was very genuine. The team came out at the time they promised and finished the job within a few hours. What I truly appreciated was the team coming out to do the job and not leaving a mess behind for me to clean up and for that alone, I give them two thumbs up! Had a very positive experience with this company starting from the first person who received my call (actually only call). First, an estimator was scheduled to come in four weeks and after finding out about my deadline, the estimator was scheduled within a week. Jay came to my home on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave an estimate on the spot. I did not shop for the price as the estimate was at least 70% below my expectation. Jay was able to schedule the work the very next day !!!! Both Zack Juarez and Luis Aguirre who came to my home to do the work are professionals and easy to work with... Work is done on time and quality and interaction were extremely pleasant plus I have a five-year warranty on the work. 

I am very satisfied with the work done in my basement by Quality 1st Basement systems. I was initially having a problem when it rained heavily I would get water in one corner of my basement. I originally had french drains installed in 1994, and when I saw  the Quality 1st ad in Clipper Magazine, I knew that it was time for an upgrade. When meeting with my inspector, he was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a free written estimate. In the end I chose to go with Quality 1st because they offered a good price and offered more qualities and warranty's than other companies. My installation team led by Juan Garcia did an exceptional job with my basement. I am a happy customer.

Ken gave a great sales presentation, and Jesus was excellent. I got quotes from other companies but Quality 1st Basement Systems had the best price.
