I’ve had the Basement System for just about 15 years when the pump finally had an issue. Justin from Quality 1st was able to respond within a few hours. He replaced the entire pump system with the battery backup in about an hour and cleaned up as well. So, in the middle of the rain for 2 straight days, my system worked flawlessly, and then when it had a mechanical failure, Quality 1st stepped up and saved my basement from flooding for sure. We had French drains and a sump pump system installed. The crew was very polite and skilled. We were so impressed with how well they knew their jobs. They finished ahead of schedule which was a major plus.

Huge thank you to our representative Dane C and our job foreman Miguel A! We purchased a home and started taking on water during rain storms shortly after moving in. Dane C came out to assess our situation and suggested a custom perimeter trench, sump pump with a vapor barrier. Within 2 weeks Miguel A and his team were at our house and 8 hard hours later they completed full installation. We were amazed at how fast and thorough they were able to do the installation in one day. Extremely professional through and through. I called for maintenance of Sedona dehumidifiers. Ryan came on time and serviced both of my units. He explained each part of the process and provided pictures upon completion. Additionally, he repaired some of the vapor barriers in my crawl space. Overall the service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional. Great company! The service technicians for the past 7 years have been great. My service tech Andrew came on 6/22/22 right away and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He really showed how much he loves his job. I was treated respectfully and he took care of the issues I didn't know I had in my crawlspace. He was punctual (calling ahead of time), very professional and very courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable with the system and explained all service and/or repairs that he made.
