From the very beginning, he had no problem in explaining what was going to be done and how it would be accomplished. He is a man of his word with the integrity and skill to know how to accomplish the work. Wilver kept the job moving along in a very timely fashion with honest answers to any questions we had. He actually stood by his word from what to expect from the job as well as how long it would take the crew to complete the job which was done with much efficiency and cleanliness. When completed, Wilver took the time to walk through the basement and explain the workings of all the equipment so that there would not be any doubt as to what to expect from the equipment. Sorry that I took a while to respond.  I am pleased with the work done in my basement.  The foreman Juan was a good and knowledgeable supervisor and the crew efficient. I am impressed with the work. Also people who see your work ask who did this work.  Of  course I tell them.  Laszlo Lenkey was very professional and answered my questions. Annual service was completed successfully without any problems! The technician, Collin Peare, was very thorough and polite.
