John Schweitzer was so prepared and informative. The Powerpoint presentation, floor samples, and literature really helped me understand the problem and solution. Juan Garcia was an excellent foreman, he was non-stop working and stood out as a star. He was professional, calming, accommodating and aware of my needs as the homeowner. I am very impressed with the entire system, and how well thought out the product line is. Quality 1st has a top notch solution in every catagory. May I never see water again unless I am at the beach.

I bought this home and when I went into the basement I noticed water seepage after heavy rains. I initially called the office for an appointment and got set with a free estimate from my salesman Dan McNally. He gave a great presentation and offered an immediate solution to my problem along with a warranty! The installation crew led by Victor did a great job, they completed the entire job in just one day. Thomas who performed the service is very good. He did a thorough job and answered all the questions which I asked in a very professional manner. Frankly much better than prior years professions sent by you to perform the job. I highly recommend him.

My basement is now dry thanks to Quality 1st, I even chose to invest on the battery back up system in case the power goes out like it did during Hurricane Sandy.

I appreciate that Kyle took the time to check our backup battery with his volt meter when indicated the battery was still good. 

Quality 1st installed a drain system in a basement room: sump pump and dehumidifier, plus wall covering that provide a barrier over the foundation walls. In addition, they hooked my rain spout into the drain outside so both rain and water from the roof and any water from the sump pump will drain out into the yard. That was a plus to having a dry storage room in my basement!The installers were friendly, efficient, and informative, especially Louis! He told me everything I needed to know about the dehumidifier.I have already recommended Quality 1st to someone else!

Quality 1st Basement’s crew led by Luis was highly professional and competent. Their work in cleaning out the crawl space, removing old insulation, and installing the turtl entry was of the highest quality. Clean-up was very good and one wouldn’t even know that work was done there. They were very responsible and respectful.
