You truly get what you pay for. We had them install a system in our basement about 3 years ago. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, fast, and most important, neat. We had some issues with some faulty equipment and they replaced it quickly, at no additional cost. We just had a maintenance visit from Justin and he was terrific. Unlike the utility companies that say they will show up sometime between 9 am and 5 pm, Justin called me and said he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He made some adjustments to our system and was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend these guys!

Please give Ryan a copy of this correspondence and Review.  This review will honestly express my appreciation and respect for Quality 1st technician Ryan Santaliz. It was the first service since my excellent Quality 1st basement solution ( trench 4 walls, dig sump area and install sump container and pumps). Ryan arrived on time and was very personable. WE went to the basement and walked around as he pointed out areas where Quality 1t had several products for improvements or solutions. I wanted to move ahead with the service call, so i sat 20 feet away at my desk with computer. Step by step Ryan went to work DE installing, adjusting, cleaning and reinstalling the originally day 1 quick install. Hurricane Irene came and went and our basement was dry as a bone! Our Triple Sump pump did its job. Quality 1st is worth it, I would hire their team again.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in getting a quote for basement waterproofing, and possible foundation repair. When I first contacted them, I was very satisfied with the information that was provided to me. Ultimately however what sold me the most was the sales team. I had three estimates in the past for the work which was performed, however Ken Peare's sales tactics won me over. The crew, with Juan as the foreman, was extremely efficient, friendly and left the basement in fantastic condition. It was much appreciated!

I had a window well drain, new window well (1st Quality basement sun house) and new window installed in my basement in a area where water would get in during heavy rains. Juan Garcia was the foreman on the job and he and his crew were excellent. They were professional, courteous and patiently answered any question I had as they were performing the job. The crew was thorough and clean, which all homeowners can appreciate. When the job was done, Juan and crew did not rush out the door. Juan ensured we did a full walk through and he re-explained everything one last time. This is a fairly straightforward job for them, but I certainly will bring back 1st Quality for potential jobs down the road.

I have been completely satisfied with everything from Steve V. coming to my home and giving me a reasonable quote for doing a french drain in my cellar to Juan and his crew doing the job that I am very satisfied with. I would recommend this company for any job that that they are qualified to do.

Mike D. of quality first basements was very professional throughout the process. Mike walked me through the installation process and best ideas and practices. I will also note Mike was honest with what was necessary to keep my basement dry. He worked with me as far as timing, because these type of projects are expensive to complete. Wilbur was the foreman on the job. Wilbur was professional and explained each step he was taking during the installation and advised me to use the triple safe sump pump and the Sani-Dry dehumidifier. From the system designer Steve, through execution and cleanup by Wilver, Carlos, Saul, Danny, and the rest of the crew - these guys were all outstanding.Overcame hiccups, accommodated the homeowner, respectful, courteous, and did it all in one day. An absolute job well done. Kudos to the admin and scheduling team in the office too. I can sleep well at night with my new Waterguard system and Triple Safe pump. Mold-x2 worked well, and the vapor barrier is QUALITY stuff too! Five stars for these guys!

After a year of consideration, I took my friends advice and contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems.  The warranty offered was one of the top reasons that Quality 1st was used.  I am very satisfied with the work that they did.  When the installation team arrived, they were eager to get the work completed and also very clean.  With my battery backup I feel confident going forward that I will not have a wet basement again and I am happy I chose to work with Quality 1st Basement Systems.
