It gives me great pleasure to compliment foreman Victor and his skills, craftsmanship and leadership of his crew. He as a foreman is a true hands on Craftsman handling any and all tasks involved most expertly actually leaving my home which had the word DEMOLITION on my contract in order to install Waterguard System to your existing Triple Safe Sump System looking better than when the work commenced.  Perhas when this individual is going to be assigned to the job the word DEMOLITION can be eliminated and existing original structures will be minimally removed for easy replacement to accommodate the system. My fully Paneled, Ceramic, Tiled floor almost looks like nothing was done and what actually had been removed is easily repaired and replaced by a layman or a very simple contractor assignment. As a leader of his Crew he is an excellent Manager, quiet, thoughtful, and you could see respected by his hardworking and efficient crew.  Perhaps Managers in other fields could take a lesson from him. I am exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of his work and the thought of security I will now have with this system. It goes without saying that your salesman Dan McNally who by now is a regular visitor to my basement has provided me with most efficient protection system. He is responsive in times of needs and able to provide me with the excellence of your service even in times when I am sure he is providing others the same excellence in widespread times of assistance required (NJ flooding).  I am sure he stretches himself quite thin on your behalf and it is most appreciated by me.

First and foremost, I'm very rarely, truly impressed by service and have only written one other letter like this before in my life. However, I felt compelled to express my great appreciation and satisfaction in my dealings with Jack Jamison.  His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail was truly a breath of fresh air in a very long, difficult journey with Quality 1st.  He wasn't afraid of having very difficult conversations and, most importantly, didn't over-promise and under-deliver service.  He was very different than the others who visited my home because he listened 90% and spoke 10% of the time.  He was genuinely interested in learning about my entire experience, understanding specific issues, and desired outcome.  With having dealt with many folks in your organization, I would hope he is considered your most prized asset.  His experience will undoubtedly make those around him better and help drive more business.  His position is obviously not an easy one to hold and there are always difficult decisions to be made each day.  However, I very much appreciate the outcome of my situation. Thanks to Jack's involvement, my family is in a much better position. Thank you for employing Jack.

After having 2 furnaces ending up under water and needing to be replaced, I called Quality 1st Basement Systems. Their salesman came to the house, evaluated the crawl space and developed a system to fit our crawl space's needs. The installation was done and ever since every workman who has been in the crawl space says"...wish all crawl spaces were like that, it's a dream to work under there". Unfortunately, my home didn’t come with a dry crawlspace. When I decided to look into sealing my crawlspace in November, I contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems.  A week later, John Schweitzer was in my kitchen giving a presentation that was thorough, polished and much more than I expected. He went through the entire crawlspace and returned with pictures, pointing out areas of concern and explaining how the sealing process would protect the entire space going forward. John patiently answered all of my questions and wrote up a detailed price quote; no rush – no pressure. It didn’t take long for me to decide! I had the crawlspace sealed a month later and am so glad I did. Quality 1st did a great job and I have peace of mind knowing that I did the best thing I could for my house.  Everyone who has seen the finished product is so impressed! By the way, John’s involvement doesn’t end with the sale. He continues to return calls promptly and has been there to answer any questions, even though it’s been nearly 3 months since the installation. Overall great experience!

Dan McNally was very professional and helpful with his presentation, it was specific to my crawlspace and needs. I had water issues in my crawlspace for about a year before I finally decided to do something. The office staff was very helpful and courteous in answering all of my initial questions and concerns. I'm satisfied with the job completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. Ken was very professional, knowledegable, and informative. The installation crew was hard-working and transformed my crawlspace in 2 days! Victor Leon and his installation crew did a great job installing eight Smart Vents and two floor jacks. My 90-year-old home has a cement block foundation that was quite hard and resistant to removal, but Victor was determined and patient. Through this he was eventually able to break down the foundation, and install the vents. Now my dining room is noticeably improved with this added stability. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone in need of foundation repair projects on their home!

The process from quote to completion was very easy and professional.  The Sales Associate Joe worked with us on our actual needs and did not push things we didn't need.  The Installation Manager Juan was extremely professional and friendly.  He made sure to point out everything he needed to do to make sure my Crawlspace was completed to my satisfaction.  I could tell he really knew what he was doing and took pride in doing a good job.  I would recommend Quality 1st to my friends.

I am very pleased by the work Quality 1st did in my basement. Their representative Nick Bris came to my home and spent over 2 hours explaining what had to be done to fix the water problem. Juan the office manager told me the workers would be at my home by 9:30am and they came at 8:30am! They were clean and efficient. I had barely any dust in my basement considering they had to jackhammer 2/3 of my basement to install the channel work. They were done by 2pm and cleaned up immaculately. I cannot say enough to thank Nick and to thank Quality First for a first-rate job. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation.

My inspector arrived right on schedule and fully evaluated my crawlspace. Once we went to contract, a service date was set at my convenience. The installation crew arrived right on time. They evaluated my foundation and crawl space. They cleaned out the crawl space, installed jacks to support the main beam, installed a vapor barrier, drainage, and insulation. They were extremely professional and did a great job of each of the services I purchased. They made a follow up call after the service to ensure that all had gone well. Although I thought they were a bit expensive, the extra cost was worth it in quality, professionalism and reliability. I would highly recommend Quality 1st.

I had Quality Basement out at my home for repairs in our crawlspace. Juan Garcia and his crew were excellent! Their work was fantastic, Juan is very knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. we had our crawlspace done about 6 years ago by Quality. unfortunately we were hit by Storm SANDY! Quality came out, changed all effected plastic and sump pump. fixed my trench drains, and Juan noticed something that my general contractor did not see. My House needs 6 Smart Jacks installed which Juan will come out to do this week. Great team of young men. respectful and well mannered. They worked non stop from 8 AM to 6 PM until job was finished .they did not take a lunch break. unbelievable workers, hard to find these days. I have gone through many contractors .These guys were excellent! I would call Juan and his crew out to my home for any other issues I may have in the future.
