An existing customer of ours had referred us to Deborah from Stanhope, NJ who noticed large stair step cracking in the exterior of her foundation. We sent Senior Design Specialist, Jeff Nero out to inspect the foundation and design a solution that would stabilized the foundation permanently.
Jeff recommended our State of the Art Push Piers. The perfect solution for any home that has shifted or settled. Jeff explained that cracks form when the soil beneath your home is no longer strong enough to support the foundation, and therefore when the foundation shifts, cracks form from the movement. Ignoring cracks in a foundation will only increase the chances of the foundation becoming unstable and unsafe. Jeff designed a solution where 16 Push Piers would be installed on the outside of the foundation, deep in the strong soil to transfer the weight of the home to the piers to prevent further settling and movement.
David, a Mercer County homeowner, was referred to us by his Realtor when he noticed bowing walls and horizontal cracks in the wall of his foundation. Knowing these were signs of structural issues, he knew he needed a foundation expects opinion on the proper solution. Foundation Expert, Jay Hugee, recommended our Carbon Armor Wall Support System to stabilize the wall and prevent further bowing inward.
Senior Foreman, Jonathan and his crew installed our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. Each individual flexible fiber fabric strap is applied with high strength epoxy resin. This will bond the strap to the interior face of the wall. When the customer is ready to finish their basement, they can easily do so with our system and with peace of mind.
A homeowner in Princeton, New Jersey noticed their walls were cracking and bowing inwards due to hydrostatic pressure pushing against the walls. Our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, inspected the home and suggested our Wall Reinforcing System known as CarbonAmor. Our foreman installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stabilize the wall and prevent future movement. Using high-strength epoxy resin, the carbon fiber straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.
