I bought this home and when I went into the basement I noticed water seepage after heavy rains. I initially called the office for an appointment and got set with a free estimate from my salesman Dan McNally. He gave a great presentation and offered an immediate solution to my problem along with a warranty! The installation crew led by Victor did a great job, they completed the entire job in just one day. Thomas who performed the service is very good. He did a thorough job and answered all the questions which I asked in a very professional manner. Frankly much better than prior years professions sent by you to perform the job. I highly recommend him.

I got a sump pump installed as well as a dehumidifier and vapor barrier. My crawlspace is finally dry, the installation crew did a fantastic job!

I've used Quality 1st for both my basement and crawlspace! I am very pleased with the outcome, my salesman John was very good at solving all of my problems. The installation teams lead by Juan and Victor were excellent and very professional. Both the Basement Science and Crawlspace book are so helpful they explained everything!

I did research on other companies before finding Quality 1st and chose them because they were professional and cheaper than other companies. My basement is now dry thanks to Quality 1st, I even chose to invest on the battery back up system in case the power goes out like it did during Hurricane Sandy.

I appreciate that Kyle took the time to check our backup battery with his volt meter when indicated the battery was still good. 

Quality 1st installed a drain system in a basement room: sump pump and dehumidifier, plus wall covering that provide a barrier over the foundation walls. In addition, they hooked my rain spout into the drain outside so both rain and water from the roof and any water from the sump pump will drain out into the yard. That was a plus to having a dry storage room in my basement!The installers were friendly, efficient, and informative, especially Louis! He told me everything I needed to know about the dehumidifier.I have already recommended Quality 1st to someone else!

Quality 1st Basement’s crew led by Luis was highly professional and competent. Their work in cleaning out the crawl space, removing old insulation, and installing the turtl entry was of the highest quality. Clean-up was very good and one wouldn’t even know that work was done there. They were very responsible and respectful. Kudos to the team and management including Mike and Angie for making the entire process user-friendly.
