100% Satisfied!  I have a finished basement, but there was a problem with moisture. I hired Quality 1st Basements to install a basement system. They installed a sump pump, and a Sanidry dehumidifier. It worked to completely dried the basement. This is the best thing I've ever done for my home. I now have a finished basement that I can use without worrying about flooding or mold. The technician, Thomas, were very efficient and very polite. They liked their jobs. They were pleasant. If you choose Quality 1st Basements, you will not regret it.

The reasons I used Quality 1st Basement Systems was the wide choice of options and services available.  I was very satisfied with the job that was done, the installation crew was very efficient and courteous along with the office staff.  The salesman gave a very thorough presentation to us and was very friendly the entire time.  There was one small problem with the installation that they immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

We have previously had Quality 1st install a sump pump system and install drains around the basement. They did an excellent job, were neat, cleaned up, and have provided excellent service to the system. We're going to have another wall of the basement added to the drainage system, and I am extremely impressed with the price, the short wait to have the work done, and the professionalism of the service tech, Justin Williams. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the interactions and the work that I've had done with this company and highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with all that Quality 1st has done for me. I got my entire basement finished and waterproofed. My inspector was very helpful and explained all of my possible solutions and products in depth. I was referred to Quality 1st from a molding company and could not have made a better decision. Marcus came by to service my triple safe pump. He was able to diagnose, and explain in simple terms that one of the pumps was not working and quickly changed it with a new one. He was professional, courteous, and clean. Please hire more individuals like him!!!
