Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking wall and windows in my basement. They did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up. They showed up on time, and work a full day. The job was reviewed with me prior to starting, and after the work was done. I also got a courtesy call from the company. So far, no more leaks. I am pleased.

He spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of what had happened to cause my basement to flood. A lot of it was the opposite of my intuition, but he patiently answered all of my questions. Basement Systems did an amazing job waterproofing our church crawl space. It was not an easy job at all being in an old building and being in the city. The crew was very knowledgeable and knew the right thing to do in some very difficult and complicated situations.

Although the job was expensive, I consider it a tremendous deal for the amount of work they performed. The quality of their work is quite impressive. It far exceeded my expectations. All around, this company is a delight to work with and I highly recommend them for any basement waterproofing needs. The basement is now bone dry. I can also rest easy knowing that the work is guaranteed and transferable with the sale of the property, something that will be appealing to a home buyer. This company is a class act.
